We combine modular aluminium systems with wood, LED light walls, acoustic and meeting elements. The result is a brand space that does not look like a kit and still remains reusable.

Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen and prepare it for its next use. Aluminium systems, replaceable graphics and LED lighting are designed for reuse.

Does EXFAIR handle the complete exhibition stand, including set-up and dismantling?

Yes. EXFAIR handles planning, design, production, transport of the stand and exhibits, and set-up and dismantling – with on-site project management.

How much does an exhibition stand from EXFAIR cost?

A 30 sqm system stand costs approx. €9,000–13,500 net, an individual custom build starts at around €25,000 net – excluding space rental and the organiser’s ancillary costs. The exact price depends on floor space, design and equipment.

How can I ensure that the project stays within the planned budget?

Ideally, state your budget in your enquiry. EXFAIR plans the stand accordingly and itemises transport, travel and installation in the quote, so that no items are added later.

How early should you plan an exhibition stand?

For a system stand, allow around four to eight weeks of lead time; for an individual custom build, eight to 24 weeks depending on scope.

Rented stand or purchased stand – which is the better solution for us?

A rented stand suits occasional exhibitors; buying a stand pays off with regular trade fair appearances and a strong focus on brand presence.

Does EXFAIR also handle design, graphics and 3D visualisation?

Yes. We design the stand in your company’s corporate design – with graphics and a 3D visualisation that you approve before anything is built.

What documents do you need for planning (e.g. corporate design, logos)?

To get started, the fair, date, stand size and stand type are enough. For the design, we work with your corporate design guidelines such as logos and colours.

Does EXFAIR store exhibition stands and prepare them for reuse?

Yes. After the fair, EXFAIR stores your exhibition stand in Villingen-Schwenningen and prepares it for its next use. On request, we review the appearance together with you.

Do you also work internationally or only within Germany?

EXFAIR builds exhibition stands at fairs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and, by arrangement, elsewhere in Europe.

How we support you at your trade fair venue

Planned and produced in Villingen-Schwenningen, delivered with on-site project management at your venue.

In person
Briefings and coordination take place at your premises or online. One dedicated contact accompanies your project from enquiry to dismantling.

During set-up our project management is at the exhibition grounds, acts as site manager and leads the installation.
