NürnbergMesse at a glance
NürnbergMesse is one of the major international trade fair organisations. Its portfolio comprises around 120 on-site and online events; in 2025 the NürnbergMesse Group held 158 events worldwide with around 1.5 million visitors. In Nuremberg the focus is on technology, industry, education and consumer goods. Leading events include the Spielwarenmesse (toys), embedded world (embedded systems), FachPack (packaging), BioFach (organic food), SOLAREX and it-sa (IT security).
The exhibition centre is reached by U-Bahn line U1 from Nuremberg Central Station to the Messe stop; it is also easily accessible by bus and car.
What to consider for a stand at NürnbergMesse
- Stand construction approval: Single-storey stands up to 6.00 m in height and under 400 sqm generally need no approval, provided they comply with the Technical Guidelines. Larger stands, two-storey structures and special constructions must be submitted at least 6 weeks before build-up starts.
- Processing time: The review can take up to 42 days. The current edition of NürnbergMesse's Technical Guidelines is authoritative; EXFAIR handles submission and coordination.
- Lead time: System stands approx. 4–8 weeks before the fair opens; custom builds 8–24 weeks, depending on scope. Get in touch especially early for Spielwarenmesse and embedded world.
- Access: By car via the A9 motorway, exit Nürnberg-Messezentrum; large car parks are directly on site.
- Storage: EXFAIR stores exhibition stands in Villingen-Schwenningen and transports them directly to the fairgrounds for the next event.

Exhibition stands in Nürnberg – with on-site project management
Planned and produced in Villingen-Schwenningen, delivered at the venue in Nürnberg: during set-up our project management is on site, acts as site manager and leads the installation. On request, someone from EXFAIR is also available during the fair.
Briefings and coordination take place at your premises or online. Transport, travel and installation are either itemised in the quote or included in the total price; prices may vary by venue.
