What kind of projects does EXFAIR deliver?
EXFAIR plans and builds exhibition stands, event and in-house exhibition builds, showrooms and custom solutions. Concept, 3D visualisation, production in our own facility in Villingen-Schwenningen as well as set-up and dismantling come from a single source.
Where does EXFAIR deliver projects?
We build exhibition stands at trade fairs throughout Germany, for example in Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Düsseldorf, Cologne or Hanover, and in neighbouring countries, for example in Basel and Bulle (Switzerland) or in Paris and Rennes (France). Showrooms are created for companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
What does an exhibition stand like those in the references cost?
That depends on floor space, construction and equipment. As a guide, 30 sqm system stands cost approx. €9,000–13,500 net and custom-built stands start at approx. €25,000 net. We prepare a binding quotation after a short briefing.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We usually respond to enquiries within 24–48 hours. Depending on the scope, you will usually receive a quotation with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.
Can I request a similar project?
Yes. Simply tell us the reference project, your trade fair or occasion, the floor space and the time frame. We will advise you personally and without obligation.
Does EXFAIR store exhibition stands between trade fairs?
Yes. We handle transport, set-up and dismantling and store reusable stand elements between trade fairs.
