EXFAIR offers four B1-certified printing processes for trade show booths: sublimation printing for textiles, UV flatbed printing for rigid materials, UV printing for large formats, and latex printing for flexible surfaces—all of which meet the fire safety requirements of German trade show venues.
Sublimation printing is the preferred printing method for trade show booths featuring textile graphics. EXFAIR prints directly onto the fabric and sets the colors at 185 °C in an XXL calender—making them smudge-proof, UV-resistant, and odorless. Water-based inks with no solvents. The finished textiles can be folded for transport and reused multiple times—ideal for light boxes, SEG systems, and trade show walls.
UV direct-to-panel printing is ideal for rigid trade show displays, product presentations, and signage. EXFAIR processes panels up to 20 mm thick in photo quality—single and batch prints, rectangular or custom shapes. CNC machine mills with precision: rounded corners, drill holes, puzzle patterns. Max. panel width 2 meters, milling table 2×3 meters.
UV printing is the standard method for large-format textile and banner applications at trade shows. The inks dry instantly under UV light and adhere permanently—UV-resistant and solvent-free. For scaffolding banners, light boxes, and outdoor applications: surface-print, backlit, and blockout materials. Mesh printing for breathability or transparency.
Latex printing produces high-quality prints on PVC tarps, stickers, wallpaper, fabrics, textiles, and paper. Water-based latex inks contain no harmful solvents and are odorless during printing and in the finished product. Minimal emissions of volatile compounds make latex printing an environmentally friendly choice for trade show installations.
EXFAIR’s large-format fabrication division transforms textile prints and promotional materials of all kinds into promotional displays suitable for trade shows. The production team sews, hems, and finishes the products, including grommets, piping, flat piping, and hems, exactly according to the requirements of the specific trade show structure. This work is done by hand, drawing on many years of production experience.
The production facility features an XXL laser cutting system (5 × 11 meters) for precise textile cutting: cutting and fusing the fibers in a single pass, cleanly, with millimeter precision, and without fraying. Sheet prints are cut by camera-controlled high-speed cutters: max. sheet width 2 meters, thickness up to 40 mm. Vacuum tables enable batch cutting directly from the roll—vinyl stickers, magnetic films, acrylic letters, rigid foam, aluminum composite, and wood panels. Custom work: rounded corners, drill holes, puzzle elements.
