Aluminium composite panels consist of two thin aluminium skins with a plastic or mineral core. They are light, rigid and can be printed directly in photo quality.
Aluminium composite panels are a standard material for rigid surfaces in stand construction. Two thin aluminium sheets enclose a core of polyethylene or – for higher fire safety requirements – mineral material. The result is a panel that is much lighter than solid aluminium but hardly bends.
Through EXFAIR's print partners, aluminium composite panels are printed with UV direct-to-board printing – in photo quality, as one-offs or in series. Panels up to 20 mm thick and up to 2 metres wide can be processed. Camera-controlled cutters and CNC technology cut contours, holes and rounded corners precisely.
On exhibition stands, aluminium composite panels are suitable for logos, signage and counter fronts as well as wall cladding and product displays. Being weather-resistant, they can also be used for outdoor signs at the exhibition grounds.
We agree on the panel variant with the fire safety requirements of the respective trade fair. Panels with a mineral core are available for higher requirements.

Aluminium composite panels are light, dimensionally stable sandwich panels made of two aluminium skins and a core of plastic or mineral material. EXFAIR has them printed with UV direct printing and CNC-cut by specialist partners for signage, wall cladding and displays on exhibition stands.
