Costs & lead time
A custom build by EXFAIR starts at around €25,000 net and, depending on size, materials and equipment, can reach six figures – that corresponds to around €600 to €1,000 per sqm of stand construction. Depending on size, 8 to 24 weeks of lead time are usual.
Guide values for stand construction excluding space rental. For corner, peninsula and island stands, organisers charge a surcharge of 10 to 30% on the space rental, depending on the fair.

Aluminium, steel, wood, textiles, plastics and natural materials – depending on design and budget. On request, we document details of materials and their origin for each project.
Multiple inspections, work to DIN standards, safety checks and a final release before set-up.

For premium brands, large floor spaces, flagship events and innovations with individual design requirements – and whenever a presence is to be created as a complete spatial or brand architecture.
A custom build by EXFAIR starts at around €25,000 net and, depending on size, materials and equipment, can reach six figures. Typical ranges: €25,000–35,000 for 20–50 sqm, €35,000–80,000 for 50–100 sqm, €80,000–180,000 for 100–200 sqm, from €180,000 above 200 sqm or double-deck – roughly €600–1,000 per sqm of stand construction.
Between 8 and 24 weeks depending on size: 8–12 weeks for small projects up to 50 sqm, 12–16 weeks for medium projects of 50 to 100 sqm and 16–24 weeks for large projects of 100 sqm and above.
Kick-off, concept, 3D visualisation, approval, construction and build in our production facility, followed by set-up and dismantling on site. You receive your quotation with 3D visualisation free of charge and without obligation within 5 to 30 working days.

Yes. If they are designed modularly, custom builds can be adapted and used several times. Between uses, we can store your stand on request.
Partly. EXFAIR also offers rental options for selected custom builds.
Yes: storage, repairs, modifications, rebuild support and maintenance. Graphic updates, technology upgrades and design modernisations are also possible.
The statutory warranty applies to defects in material and construction. Within this period, we remedy manufacturing defects for which we are responsible free of charge. Extended commitments as well as maintenance and service contracts can be agreed for each project.
At trade fairs, in showrooms and at events in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Planning and production take place in our own facility in Villingen-Schwenningen.
