EXFAIR designs and builds exhibition stands at venues from Hamburg and Berlin to Stuttgart, Munich and Basel. Production, transport and storage are handled from our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen.

Process
One fixed contact person accompanies your project from the enquiry to dismantling, regardless of the venue.
You tell us the trade fair, date and desired stand size. You usually receive a reply within 24 hours.
We prepare the stand plan and design. Depending on scope, the quotation follows within 5 to 30 working days.
We submit structures that require approval to the trade fair and organise transport, hall delivery and empties storage.
We set up the stand before the fair opens and dismantle it after it closes. On request, we store it for the next use.

A system stand starts at approx. €3,500 net, a custom build at approx. €15,000 net. The exact price depends on stand size, construction, equipment and trade fair.
Yes. EXFAIR stores the stand in Villingen-Schwenningen between uses and sets it up again for the next trade fair.
