In-House Exhibitions: Planning and Build with Trade Fair Quality

An in-house exhibition is an exhibition to which a company invites customers, dealers and partners to its own premises or to a rented venue. Typical formats are customer days, dealer days, an open house or product presentations. EXFAIR designs the floor for it like a professional trade fair presence.

Event build projects at EXFAIR range from around €10,000 to €150,000 depending on scope, with larger projects above that. The price is mainly determined by floor space, the share of custom builds, branding and print, and the technology provided through partners. Reusable modules can make follow-up events more economical.

Concept and floor planning, modular exhibition walls, mobile counters and furniture, custom builds, branding with large-format print and LED light frames, as well as transport, set-up, on-site support, dismantling and storage. Show control, sound engineering and stage construction, as well as lighting, video and LED technology, come from trusted partners and are coordinated by EXFAIR.

That depends on size and the share of custom builds. With modular systems from stand construction, EXFAIR delivers many floors within a few days to weeks. The earlier we are involved in the planning, the more design freedom remains.

Yes. EXFAIR builds modularly, so walls, backdrops and branding elements can be reused for further in-house exhibitions, events or trade fairs. Between uses, we store the modules on request.

For example the VIA Tage of RHEAVENDORS SERVOMAT in 2023 and 2025 – most recently on around 300 sqm with a stage and LED wall for several hundred guests – and the Festival der Reisen of the travel agency Reisebüro Stiefvater, for which EXFAIR turned a shopping centre in Weil am Rhein into a travel fair on around 1,000 sqm.
