The process and services are the same for every country. Coordination takes place in German or English.
You tell us the trade fair, date and desired stand size. You usually receive a reply within 24 hours.
We prepare the stand plan and design. Depending on scope, the quotation follows within 5 to 30 working days.
We submit structures that require approval to the trade fair and organise transport, hall delivery and empties storage.
We set up the stand before the fair opens and dismantle it after it closes. On request, we store it for the next use.

Stand rental and exhibitor registration are handled directly between you and the trade fair organiser. EXFAIR takes care of planning, construction and logistics of the stand.
Consultation takes place in German or English. You have one fixed contact person for the entire project.
For a system-based stand, around 4 to 8 weeks of lead time is usual; for a custom build, 8 to 24 weeks. Depending on scope, you receive the quotation within 5 to 30 working days.
A system stand starts at approx. €3,500 net, a custom build at approx. €15,000 net. The exact price depends on stand size, construction, equipment and trade fair.
