Printed tension fabrics turn aluminium frames into large, seamless brand walls. They are light, can be folded for transport and are easy to replace when needed.
In modern stand construction, fabric graphics are the preferred solution for large image areas. The printed fabric is pressed into the groove of an aluminium frame with a keder edge and tensions without creases. The result is walls without visible panel joints.
EXFAIR produces fabric graphics in-house. In dye-sublimation printing, the fabric is printed directly and the inks are fixed at 185 °C in an XXL calender. The result is smudge-proof, UV-resistant and odourless. The inks are water-based and contain no solvents.
An XXL laser cutting system cuts the fabrics to the millimetre and seals the fibres in the same step, so nothing frays. The graphics are then finished with keder, hems or eyelets to fit the respective frame exactly.
Fabric graphics can be folded and used several times. If the message changes, only the fabric is replaced – the frame stays. On request we advise on fabrics with recycled fibre content. More on our page Sustainable stand construction.
