Visual Merchandiser / Trade Fair & Brand Presentation (m/f/d)

Focus: Trade Fair Booths | Event Spaces | Brand Staging

Picking, preparation, and organization of trade fair, event, and presentation equipment
Transportation using company vehicles to national and international trade fairs, events, and project locations
Assembly, placement, and setup of modular booth systems, brand spaces, and presentation areas
Visual staging of products, exhibits, and brand messages at the point of experience
Optional: Creation of basic 3D booth and layout visualizations using SketchUp
(for internal coordination, client previews, and concept validation)
Support during dismantling, including quality checks, cleaning, and structured re-storage
Accurate reporting on deployments, material condition, and optimization potential
Maintenance, care, and further development of our rental furniture and presentation portfolio
Active participation in the continuous improvement of our rental catalog and visual presentation standards

Strong manual, organizational, and creative skills combined with technical understanding
Pronounced hands-on mentality and solution-oriented working style
Experience in visual merchandising, trade fair construction, event construction, retail design, or product presentation is an advantage but not mandatory
Optional but highly valued: Confident use of SketchUp for booth and space visualization
Valid Class B driving license
High flexibility, willingness to travel nationally and internationally, and readiness to work weekends during trade fairs and events
Structured, precise, and responsible working approach
Strong quality awareness, sense of order, and reliability
Professional and well-groomed appearance with good English skills (German is a plus)
