- Building height: Single-storey stands up to 3.50 m in height generally need no approval in Friedrichshafen.
- Approval and deadlines: Taller structures, two-storey stands and special constructions must be submitted with dimensioned drawings at least 6 weeks before build-up starts. EXFAIR prepares the documents and coordinates them directly with Messe Friedrichshafen; the current Technical Guidelines apply.
