PVC Banners & Mesh

Printed PVC banners and mesh fabrics are suited to large-format banners, scaffolding covers and outdoor areas – robust, weatherproof and finished with eyelets or keder ready for mounting.

About the material

Where fabric graphics reach their limits – outdoors, in wind or in very large formats – PVC banners and mesh fabrics are used. They are robust, weather-resistant and can be produced in almost any size.

Material variants

  • Frontlit banner – for surfaces lit from the front or unlit
  • Backlit banner – for light boxes
  • Blockout banner – opaque, printable on both sides
  • Mesh – grid-like fabric that lets wind and light through; suited to scaffolding and façades

Printing and finishing

Through EXFAIR's print partners, banners are printed using UV or latex printing. The inks adhere permanently and are UV-resistant. The banners are then finished with eyelets, keder, flat keder or hems in our partners' large-format finishing – exactly to the requirements of the respective structure.

A note on sustainability

PVC banners are durable and can be used several times. For indoor surfaces we generally recommend fabric graphics, as they are lighter, can be folded and need less transport volume.

Advantages in stand construction

  • Very robust and tear-resistant, also for outdoor use
  • Available as frontlit, backlit or blockout material
  • Mesh fabric is permeable to air and wind
  • Ready to mount with eyelets, keder, flat keder or hems
  • UV and latex printing with water-based or solvent-free inks

Typical uses on the exhibition stand

Banners, outdoor advertising at exhibition grounds, scaffolding and façade covers, light boxes, construction fences, hall hangings

In brief

PVC banners and mesh fabrics are robust carriers for large-format printing on banners, scaffolding and outdoor surfaces. EXFAIR has them printed using UV or latex printing and finished by specialist print partners with eyelets, keder or hems to suit the respective structure.
