Rigid foam boards – often made of PVC – are the economical choice for rigid indoor graphic surfaces. They are light, cut cleanly and offer a smooth surface for direct printing.
Through EXFAIR's print partners, rigid foam boards are printed with UV direct-to-board printing and cut with camera-controlled high-speed cutters – rectangular or as free contours, with soft corners, drill holes or as puzzle elements. The maximum board width is 2 metres.
On exhibition stands, rigid foam boards are used for signs, wayfinding, information boards and cut-outs, and at in-house exhibitions and events also for decoration and temporary lettering.
Rigid foam boards are intended for shorter periods of use. For surfaces to be used over many trade fairs, we recommend more robust materials such as aluminium composite panels or replaceable fabric graphics. We agree the fire classification of each product with the trade fair’s requirements.
