How much does an exhibition stand at Anuga FoodTec 2027 in Cologne cost?

For a stand at Anuga FoodTec 2027, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Koelnmesse are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for Anuga FoodTec 2027?

Anuga FoodTec 2027 starts on 23 February 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 2 November 2026 at the latest, system stands by 28 December 2026 (recommended by 30 November 2026). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for Anuga FoodTec 2027?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Koelnmesse, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen and deliver it again for the next show. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
