How much does an exhibition stand at Basilia 2027 in Basel cost?

For a stand at Basilia 2027, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Basel are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for Basilia 2027?

Basilia 2027 starts on 8 April 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 14 December 2026 at the latest, system stands by 8 February 2027 (recommended by 11 January 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for Basilia 2027?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Messe Basel, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen – around 130 km from Basel. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
