How much does an exhibition stand at Blechexpo 2027 in Stuttgart cost?

For a stand at Blechexpo 2027, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Stuttgart are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for Blechexpo 2027?

Blechexpo 2027 starts on 26 October 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 5 July 2027 at the latest (recommended by 10 May 2027), system stands by 30 August 2027 (recommended by 2 August 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle registration, stand construction approval and logistics for Blechexpo 2027?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand plans, submits structures requiring approval to Messe Stuttgart, organises transport, delivery to the hall and storage of empties, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen, around 110 km from Stuttgart. You take care of the stand space rental and exhibitor registration with the organiser; everything else concerning the stand is down to us.
