How much does an exhibition stand at Chillventa 2028 in Nuremberg cost?

For a stand at Chillventa 2028, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by NürnbergMesse are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for Chillventa 2028?

Chillventa 2028 starts on 10 October 2028. Custom builds should be ordered by 19 June 2028 at the latest (recommended by 24 April 2028), system stands by 14 August 2028 (recommended by 17 July 2028). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for Chillventa 2028?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to NürnbergMesse, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen and deliver it again for the next show. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
