Go to enquiryFor a stand at CMT 2027, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Stuttgart are extra.
CMT 2027 starts on 16 January 2027. A system stand should be ordered by 16 November 2026 at the latest; the regular 16-week lead time for custom builds has passed – ask us about capacity with an express surcharge. You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.
Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand plans, submits structures requiring approval to Messe Stuttgart, organises transport, delivery to the hall and storage of empties, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen, around 110 km from Stuttgart. You take care of the stand space rental and exhibitor registration with the organiser; everything else concerning the stand is down to us.
