DSEI Germany 2027: international trade fair for defence and security, 9–12 March 2027 at the Hanover exhibition grounds. The fair takes place for the first time in 2027 and is organised by DSEI Germany together with Deutsche Messe AG. The focus is on land, air, sea and cyber capabilities and on industrial solutions along the entire supply chain. Your stand has to show expertise and reliability at first glance. EXFAIR plans and builds exhibition stands at DSEI Germany: from compact system stands to fully custom builds, with full service from planning to dismantling – on time and on budget.

How much does an exhibition stand at DSEI Germany 2027 in Hanover cost?

For a stand at DSEI Germany 2027, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom builds from €25,000, 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Deutsche Messe Hannover are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for DSEI Germany 2027?

DSEI Germany 2027 starts on 9 March 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 16 November 2026 at the latest, system stands by 11 January 2027 (recommended by 14 December 2026). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for DSEI Germany 2027?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Deutsche Messe Hannover, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen and deliver it again for the next show. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
