Go to enquiryFor a stand at INTERGASTRA 2028, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Stuttgart are extra.
INTERGASTRA 2028 starts on 12 February 2028. Custom builds should be ordered by 18 October 2027 at the latest (recommended by 23 August 2027), system stands by 13 December 2027 (recommended by 15 November 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.
Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand plans, submits structures requiring approval to Messe Stuttgart, organises transport, delivery to the hall and storage of empties, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen, around 110 km from Stuttgart. You take care of the stand space rental and exhibitor registration with the organiser; everything else concerning the stand is down to us.
