How much does an exhibition stand at SicherheitsExpo München 2027 cost?

For a stand at SicherheitsExpo München 2027, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom builds from €25,000, 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for SicherheitsExpo München 2027?

SicherheitsExpo München 2027 starts on 30 June 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 8 March 2027 at the latest (recommended by 11 January 2027), system stands by 3 May 2027 (recommended by 5 April 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for SicherheitsExpo München 2027?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to the organiser, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen and deliver it again for the next show. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
