How much does an exhibition stand at SPS 2026 in Nuremberg cost?

For a stand at SPS 2026, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by NürnbergMesse are extra.

By when do I need to commission my exhibition stand for SPS 2026?

SPS 2026 begins on 24 November 2026. A system stand should be commissioned by 29 September 2026 at the latest; for a custom build, the regular lead time of 16 weeks has passed – ask about capacity with an express surcharge.

Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for SPS 2026?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to NürnbergMesse, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen and deliver it again for the next show. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
