In practice, four criteria separate the providers:
- In-house production or broker? A builder who manufactures in-house can control deadlines and quality. Pure brokers pass both on.
- Experience at your trade fair. Every venue has its own hall regulations, set-up times and approval procedures. A builder who knows the hall plans realistically.
- One contact instead of hand-overs. When responsibility switches between sales, planning and set-up, details get lost.
- A complete quote. Only compare quotes that include transport, set-up and dismantling, on-site support and disposal – otherwise you are comparing different services.
A fifth, often underestimated point: storage. If you store your stand with the builder, you save transport and rebuilding costs at every following trade fair.
