How much does an exhibition stand at A+A 2027 in Düsseldorf cost?
For a stand at A+A 2027, expect €300–450 per m² for a system stand and €600–1,000 per m² for a custom build: system stand 12 m² from €3,500, 30 m² €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Düsseldorf are extra.
When do I need to order my exhibition stand for A+A 2027?
A+A 2027 starts on 19 October 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 28 June 2027 at the latest (recommended by 3 May 2027), system stands by 23 August 2027 (recommended by 26 July 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.
Does EXFAIR handle registration, stand approval and logistics for A+A 2027?
Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Messe Düsseldorf, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen – around 470 km from Düsseldorf.
