Halls and delivery: electronica in Munich

electronica takes place from 10 to 13 November 2026 at Messe München (200,000 m² of hall space, 18 halls, over 400,000 m² of outdoor space, direct underground connection (U2)). Getting there and logistics: Am Messesee 2, 81829 München. U-Bahn U2, Messestadt West or Messestadt Ost stop. Motorway A94, exit Feldkirchen-West. Multi-storey car parks P1-P8 on the grounds. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 300 km from the exhibition grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and removal.

Stand approval: Single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall construction height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, suspended rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. EXFAIR prepares the documents and coordinates them with Messe München. The current Technical Guidelines of Messe München apply.

Price guide for your exhibition stand at electronica

Stand construction costs no more at leading trade fairs than at regional fairs – what costs more is space rental, ancillary costs and hotels. As a guide for planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling (excluding space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs): system stand 9–12 m² from €3,500, system stand 30 m² €9,000–13,500, custom solution on a system basis 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €60,000–100,000. Deadlines: The fair opens on 10 November 2026. For custom builds the regular 16-week lead time has already passed – ask about capacity with an express surcharge. A system stand should be ordered by 15 September 2026 at the latest.
