How much does an exhibition stand at FILTECH 2027 in Cologne cost?

For a stand at FILTECH 2027, expect €300–450 per m² for a system stand and €600–1,000 per m² for a custom build: system stand 12 m² from €3,500, 30 m² €9,000–20,000, custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €40,000–85,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Koelnmesse are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for FILTECH 2027?

FILTECH 2027 starts on 16 November 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 26 July 2027 at the latest (recommended by 31 May 2027), system stands by 20 September 2027 (recommended by 23 August 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for FILTECH 2027?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Koelnmesse, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen – around 440 km from Cologne. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
