Anyone appearing here with an interchangeable stand gets lost in the crowd. EXFAIR builds exhibition stands at Formnext Frankfurt – planned for impact, built for the show day, dismantled without effort for your team.

Halls and delivery: formnext in Frankfurt

formnext takes place from 17 to 20 November 2026 at Messe Frankfurt (around 584,000 sqm of grounds, 392,000 sqm of hall space in 11 halls, over 200 trade fairs, congresses and events in 2025, one of the largest exhibition venues in the world). Getting there and logistics: Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main. S-Bahn S3/S4/S5/S6, U-Bahn U4, Messe stop. Motorways A5/A66. Multi-storey car parks on the grounds and near the exhibition centre. Our project management is on site during set-up and leads the installation; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and removal.

Stand approval: Single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall construction height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, suspended rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. EXFAIR prepares the documents and coordinates them with Messe Frankfurt. The current Technical Guidelines of Messe Frankfurt apply.

Stand construction costs no more at leading trade fairs than at regional fairs – what costs more is space rental, ancillary costs and hotels. As a guide for planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling (excluding space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs): system stand 9–12 sqm from €3,500, system stand 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution on a system basis 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000. Deadlines: The fair opens on 17 November 2026. For custom builds the regular 16-week lead time has already passed – ask about capacity with an express surcharge. A system stand should be ordered by 22 September 2026 at the latest.

For a stand at formnext, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Frankfurt are extra.
