How much does an exhibition stand at LIGNA Hannover 2027 in Hanover cost?

For a stand at LIGNA Hannover 2027, expect €300–450 per m² for a system stand and €600–1,000 per m² for a custom build: system stand 12 m² from €3,500, 30 m² €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Deutsche Messe Hannover are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for LIGNA Hannover 2027?

LIGNA Hannover 2027 starts on 10 May 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 18 January 2027 at the latest (recommended by 23 November 2026), system stands by 15 March 2027 (recommended by 15 February 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.
