How much does an exhibition stand at METEC 2027 in Düsseldorf cost?

For a stand at METEC 2027, expect €300–450 per m² for a system stand and €600–1,000 per m² for a custom build: system stand 12 m² from €3,500, 30 m² €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Düsseldorf are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for METEC 2027?

METEC 2027 starts on 21 June 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 1 March 2027 at the latest (recommended by 4 January 2027), system stands by 26 April 2027 (recommended by 29 March 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle registration, stand approval and logistics for METEC 2027?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Messe Düsseldorf, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen – around 470 km from Düsseldorf. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
