How much does an exhibition stand at opti 2027 in Munich cost?
For a stand at opti 2027, expect €300–450 per m² for a system stand and €600–1,000 per m² for a custom build: system stand 12 m² from €3,500, 30 m² €9,000–20,000, custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €40,000–85,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe München are extra.
When do I need to order my exhibition stand for opti 2027?
opti 2027 starts on 29 January 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 5 October 2026 at the latest, system stands by 30 November 2026 (recommended by 2 November 2026). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.
Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for opti 2027?
Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Messe München, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen – around 300 km from Munich. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
