Halls and delivery: ORGATEC 2026 in Cologne

ORGATEC 2026 takes place from 27–30 October 2026 at Koelnmesse (290,000 m² of hall space, 11 halls, around 80 trade fairs and events per year in Cologne and worldwide, around 2.5 million visitors (2025)). Getting there and logistics: Messeplatz 1, 50679 Köln. Köln Messe/Deutz station right at the grounds (ICE stop). Underground (U-Bahn) connection. Cologne Bonn Airport 15 km. A4/A3 motorways, exit Köln-Messe. Car parks right at the grounds. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 440 km from the grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and return transport.

Stand approval: single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall build height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. EXFAIR prepares the documents and coordinates them with Koelnmesse. The current Technical Guidelines of Koelnmesse apply.
