How much does an exhibition stand at Swissbau 2028 in Basel cost?

For a stand at Swissbau 2028, expect €300–450 per m² for a system stand and €600–1,000 per m² for a custom build: system stand 12 m² from €3,500, 30 m² €9,000–20,000, custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €40,000–85,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Basel are extra.

When do I need to order my exhibition stand for Swissbau 2028?

Swissbau 2028 starts on 18 January 2028. Custom builds should be ordered by 27 September 2027 at the latest (recommended by 2 August 2027), system stands by 22 November 2027 (recommended by 25 October 2027). You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.

Does EXFAIR handle stand approval and logistics for Swissbau 2028?

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Messe Basel, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen – around 130 km from Basel. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
