DMS at GaLaBau 2026 in Nuremberg – truss rigging, lighting and banner system

For DMS we delivered the technical build of the stand at GaLaBau 2026 in Nuremberg – working together again at the international trade fair for landscaping, gardening and sports ground construction after our 2024 project.

At its centre was a large-scale truss construction with ceiling suspension, erected above the stand area. It gives the appearance a clear spatial edge, carries lighting and banners, and keeps the floor below entirely free – an advantage that counts immediately with the large exhibits typical of municipal technology and landscaping.

The banner system was planned for long-range visibility: the brand surfaces sit above the stand edge and stay legible from deep inside the hall and from the hall entrances. At a fair of this scale, that is exactly the difference between being found and merely being there.

The lighting is part of the same construction: base light across the stand, targeted spots on banners and exhibits. The effect stays constant across all fair days, independent of the daylight in the hall.

EXFAIR was responsible for planning, rigging point approval with the organiser, logistics, assembly and dismantling. The result: a technically clean solution that made DMS visible across the GaLaBau halls.
