The project in detail
For Bergmann & Hillebrand, we realised the trade fair presence at IZB 2026 – International Suppliers Fair in Wolfsburg (27–29 October 2026), in Hall 1, Stand 1330. EXFAIR had already planned and built the company’s stand for IZB 2024; in 2026 the stand space was again 36 sqm.
The stand is designed as a corner stand: two sides are open to the aisle, two sides are closed off by printed fabric walls. The graphics combine a forest and mountain landscape with perforated metal motifs and carry the German claim “Visionen mit Durchblick” (visions with clarity). The brand wall presents the company’s key messages: Made in Germany, 100 years of experience in metalworking and expertise in high-quality surfaces.
A surrounding frame above the stand carries power tracks with spotlights that evenly illuminate both walls. A cabin with a door is integrated into the rear wall and blends discreetly into the graphics. The stand area features poseur tables with bar stools for conversations and two glass display cases – an illuminated display case on a plinth at the corner of the stand and a display case on castors. A blue carpet with a white edge profile picks up the brand colour and clearly separates the stand from the hall floor.
EXFAIR was responsible for planning, graphics and printing, logistics as well as set-up and dismantling. A system stand of this kind can be reused for future trade fairs and adapted with new prints. For a system stand, please allow around eight weeks of lead time.
