Schubert System Elektronik at AMB 2026 in Stuttgart – 70 m² custom stand with a 4 m LED back wall

For Schubert System Elektronik we built a custom stand of 70 m² (7 × 10 metres) at AMB 2026 in Stuttgart. Schubert System Elektronik is a long-standing EXFAIR client – we also build the company's stands at embedded world in Nuremberg, among others. AMB is one of the world's most important trade fairs for metalworking and machining technology: an environment where precision is demonstrated rather than claimed. We designed the stand around exactly that.

Its defining element was a 4 metre fabric-covered back wall with integrated LED profiles that light up in colour. At that height the wall becomes one continuous brand surface reaching above the sightline of the neighbouring stands, giving the stand a consistent appearance across all fair days – regardless of how the hall light falls. The light colour can be matched to the brand.

Above it sat a truss rigging carrying lighting and a banner system. It takes the brand higher still and delivers the long-range visibility that, at a fair of this size, decides whether a visitor heads for the stand at all.

The stand area was fitted with a raised floor. It takes up power and data cabling, keeps the surface free of visible technology and creates a clean, walkable level – at a technology fair, a far better first impression than surface cable ducts.

For the exhibits, EXFAIR built product presentation systems developed specifically for this project. They are tailored to Schubert System Elektronik's products: the right working height, a stable mount, clear visual guidance – and reusable for future trade fair appearances.

EXFAIR was responsible for planning, engineering, production in our own workshop, graphics, logistics, assembly and dismantling. The next AMB in Stuttgart takes place in 2028 – for a custom stand of this scale, allow around 16 weeks of lead time.
