Your responsibilities

• Support and development of B2B customers from industry, technology, trade, and agencies
• Planning, management, and coordination of trade fair, event, and brand space projects
• Consulting on special solutions (containers, architectural modules, light frames, brand installations)
• Quotation preparation, project costing, and order negotiation
• Interface between customers, design, workshop, graphics, and assembly team
• Active acquisition of new customers:
  • Initial contact by telephone
  • Personalized email acquisition
• On-site project support (optional)
• Collaboration on marketing and sales campaigns (mailings, follow-ups, social media)

What you bring to the table

• Experience in project management, sales, or customer service
• Career changers welcome if you have organizational skills, sales expertise, and an interest in technology.
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• High communication skills and customer focus
• Advantageous: Experience in trade show construction, event construction, interior design, or agency environment
• Basic technical understanding (e.g., system construction, light frames, logistics)
• Excellent German, good English an advantage
