Halls and delivery: ACHEMA 2027 in Frankfurt
ACHEMA 2027 takes place from 14 to 18 June 2027 at Messe Frankfurt (around 584,000 sqm of grounds, 392,000 sqm of hall space in 11 halls, over 200 trade fairs, congresses and events in 2025, one of the largest exhibition venues in the world). Getting there and logistics: Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main. S-Bahn S3/S4/S5/S6, U-Bahn U4, Messe stop. Motorways A5/A66. Multi-storey car parks on the grounds and near the exhibition centre. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 270 km from the exhibition grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and removal.
Stand approval: Single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall construction height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, suspended rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. EXFAIR prepares the documents and coordinates them with Messe Frankfurt. The current Technical Guidelines of Messe Frankfurt apply.
Price guide for your exhibition stand at ACHEMA 2027
Stand construction costs no more at leading trade fairs than at regional fairs – what costs more is space rental, ancillary costs and hotels. As a guide for planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling (excluding space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs): system stand 9–12 sqm from €3,500, system stand 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution on a system basis 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000. Deadlines: The fair opens on 14 June 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 22 February 2027 at the latest (recommended: by 28 December 2026), system stands by 19 April 2027 at the latest (recommended: by 22 March 2027). Shorter lead times are often possible but incur express surcharges for printing and suppliers.
