boot Düsseldorf 2027 takes place from 23–31 January 2027 at Messe Düsseldorf (305,000 m² of exhibition space including open-air grounds, 18 halls, around 40 trade fairs, including 20 leading international trade fairs). Access and logistics: Messeplatz, 40474 Düsseldorf. Underground lines U78/U79 run directly from the main railway station. Düsseldorf Airport is only around 3 km away. Motorways A44/A52, exit Messe/Arena. Car parks P1–P14 on the grounds. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 470 km from the grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and removal.

Stand approval: single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall construction height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, suspended rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. Shorter lead times are often possible but incur express surcharges for printing and suppliers.
