Halls and delivery: HANNOVER MESSE 2027 in Hanover

HANNOVER MESSE 2027 takes place from 5–8 April 2027 at Deutsche Messe Hannover (392,500 m² of hall space, 58,000 m² of open-air grounds, one of the largest exhibition centres in the world). Getting there and logistics: Messegelände, 30521 Hannover. ICE stop Hannover Messe/Laatzen right at the grounds. S-Bahn lines S4/S6. Hannover Airport 25 km. A2/A7 motorways, exit Hannover-Messe/Laatzen. Large car parks on the grounds. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 620 km from the grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and return transport.

Stand approval: single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall build height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. Stand construction at leading trade fairs costs no more than at regional fairs – space rental, ancillary costs and hotels are what cost more. As a guide for planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling (excluding space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs): system stand 9–12 m² from €3,500, system stand 30 m² €9,000–13,500, system-based custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €60,000–100,000. Deadlines: The fair opens on 5 April 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 14 December 2026 at the latest (recommended: by 19 October 2026), system stands by 8 February 2027 at the latest (recommended: by 11 January 2027). Shorter lead times are often possible but incur express surcharges for printing and suppliers.

Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Deutsche Messe Hannover are extra.
