Hallen und Anlieferung: Motek 2028 in Stuttgart

Die Motek 2028 findet vom 24.–26.10.2028 auf der Messe Stuttgart statt (120.000 qm Ausstellungsfläche, 10 Hallen, über 60 Messen/Jahr, direkt am Flughafen Stuttgart). Anfahrt und Logistik: Messepiazza 1, 70629 Stuttgart. S-Bahn S2/S3, Haltestelle Messe Stuttgart, direkt am Flughafen Stuttgart. Autobahn A8, Ausfahrt Messe/Flughafen. Parkhäuser P1–P6 auf dem Gelände. Unsere Werkstatt in Villingen-Schwenningen liegt rund 110 km vom Gelände entfernt; Transport, Hallenanlieferung, Leergutlagerung während der Messe und Abtransport übernimmt EXFAIR.

Standbaugenehmigung: Eingeschossige Standardstände bis zur hallenüblichen Bauhöhe sind in der Regel genehmigungsfrei; höhere Bauten, zweigeschossige Stände, Hängungen und Sonderkonstruktionen müssen vorab mit bemaßten Plänen beim Veranstalter eingereicht werden. EXFAIR erstellt die Unterlagen und stimmt sie mit der Messe Stuttgart ab. Maßgeblich sind die jeweils aktuellen Technischen Richtlinien der Messe Stuttgart.

Preisorientierung für Ihren Messestand auf der Motek 2028

Der Standbau kostet auf Leitmessen nicht mehr als auf regionalen Messen – teurer sind Standmiete, Nebenkosten und Hotels. Als Orientierung für Planung, Grafik, Transport, Auf- und Abbau (ohne Standmiete und Veranstalter-Nebenkosten): Systemstand 9–12 qm ab 3.500 €, Systemstand 30 qm 9.000–13.500 €, Sonderlösung auf Systembasis 50 qm 15.000–30.000 €, Sonderbau 100 qm 60.000–100.000 €. Fristen: Für einen Systemstand planen Sie ca. 4–8 Wochen Vorlauf, für einen Sonderbau je nach Umfang 8–24 Wochen. Eine frühe Anfrage lässt mehr Spielraum bei Gestaltung und Terminplanung.

Für den Standbau auf der Motek 2028 rechnen Sie mit 300–450 € pro qm beim Systemstand und 600–1.000 € pro qm beim Sonderbau: Systemstand 12 qm ab 3.500 €, 30 qm 9.000–13.500 €, Sonderlösung 50 qm 15.000–30.000 €, Sonderbau 100 qm 60.000–100.000 € – jeweils inklusive Planung, Grafik, Transport, Auf- und Abbau. Standmiete und Nebenkosten der Messe Stuttgart kommen hinzu.
