Halls and delivery: ProWein 2027 in Düsseldorf

ProWein 2027 takes place from 7–9 March 2027 at Messe Düsseldorf (305,000 m² of exhibition space including open-air grounds, 18 halls, around 40 trade fairs, including 20 leading international trade fairs). Access and logistics: Messeplatz, 40474 Düsseldorf. Underground lines U78/U79 run directly from the main railway station. Düsseldorf Airport is only around 3 km away. Motorways A44/A52, exit Messe/Arena. Car parks P1–P14 on the grounds. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 470 km from the grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and removal.

Stand approval: single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall construction height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, suspended rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. Price guide for your exhibition stand at ProWein 2027

Stand construction at leading trade fairs costs no more than at regional fairs – it is space rental, ancillary costs and hotels that are more expensive. As a guide for planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling (excluding space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs): system stand 9–12 m² from €3,500, system stand 30 m² €9,000–13,500, custom solution on a system basis 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €60,000–100,000. Deadlines: The fair starts on 7 March 2027. Custom builds should be ordered by 15 November 2026 at the latest (recommended: by 20 September 2026), system stands by 10 January 2027 at the latest (recommended: by 13 December 2026). Shorter lead times are often possible but incur express surcharges for printing and suppliers.

For a stand at ProWein 2027, expect €300–450 per m² for a system stand and €600–1,000 per m² for a custom build: system stand 12 m² from €3,500, 30 m² €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Düsseldorf are extra.
