Machine vision exhibitors here have to make technological expertise immediately tangible: with demonstrations, strong product staging and an inviting atmosphere for conversation. Halls and delivery: VISION in Stuttgart

VISION takes place from 6 to 8 October 2026 at Messe Stuttgart (120,000 sqm of exhibition space, 10 halls, over 60 trade fairs a year, right next to Stuttgart Airport). Getting there and logistics: Messepiazza 1, 70629 Stuttgart. S-Bahn S2/S3, Messe Stuttgart stop, right next to Stuttgart Airport. Motorway A8, exit Messe/Flughafen. Multi-storey car parks P1–P6 on the grounds. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 110 km from the exhibition grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and removal.

Stand approval: Single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall construction height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, suspended rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. EXFAIR prepares the documents and coordinates them with Messe Stuttgart. The current Technical Guidelines of Messe Stuttgart apply.

Stand construction costs no more at leading trade fairs than at regional fairs – what costs more is space rental, ancillary costs and hotels. As a guide for planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling (excluding space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs): system stand 9–12 sqm from €3,500, system stand 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution on a system basis 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000. How much does an exhibition stand at VISION in Stuttgart cost?

For a stand at VISION, expect €300–450 per sqm for a system stand and €600–1,000 per sqm for a custom build: system stand 12 sqm from €3,500, 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000 – each including planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling. Space rental and ancillary costs charged by Messe Stuttgart are extra.

Yes. EXFAIR prepares the stand drawings, submits structures requiring approval to Messe Stuttgart, organises transport, hall delivery and empties storage, and sets up and dismantles the stand. Between fairs we store your stand in Villingen-Schwenningen – around 110 km from Stuttgart. You book the stand space and register as an exhibitor with the organiser; everything else around the stand is handled by us.
