Halls and delivery: VISION 2028 in Stuttgart
VISION 2028 takes place from 24–26 October 2028 at Messe Stuttgart (120,000 sqm of exhibition space, 10 halls, over 60 trade fairs a year, right next to Stuttgart Airport). Getting there and logistics: Messepiazza 1, 70629 Stuttgart. S-Bahn S2/S3, Messe Stuttgart stop, right next to Stuttgart Airport. Motorway A8, exit Messe/Flughafen. Multi-storey car parks P1–P6 on the grounds. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 110 km from the exhibition grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and removal.
Stand approval: Single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall construction height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, suspended rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. EXFAIR prepares the documents and coordinates them with Messe Stuttgart. The current Technical Guidelines of Messe Stuttgart apply.
Price guide for your exhibition stand at VISION 2028
Stand construction costs no more at leading trade fairs than at regional fairs – what costs more is space rental, ancillary costs and hotels. As a guide for planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling (excluding space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs): system stand 9–12 sqm from €3,500, system stand 30 sqm €9,000–13,500, custom solution on a system basis 50 sqm €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 sqm €60,000–100,000. Deadlines: For a system stand, allow around 4–8 weeks of lead time; for a custom build, 8–24 weeks depending on scope. An early enquiry leaves more room for design and scheduling.
