Festival of Travel — in-house exhibition in a completely redesigned shopping center

For the Festival der Reisen organised by Reisefüro Stiefvater, EXFAIR completely transformed a shopping centre in Weil am Rhein into a travel exhibition. The original retail areas of the building were fully concealed, creating a seamless in-house fair atmosphere from the moment visitors walked in.

A premium exhibition ambience was achieved through carpet flooring, fabric-draped suspended walls and trade-fair-style backdrops – all finished with fabric for a professional, cohesive look. LED light frames with illuminated fabric panels added striking visual accents and made every exhibition zone feel inviting.

To cater for families, EXFAIR organised a dedicated children’s circus tent, allowing parents to explore the exhibition at their leisure. The complete assembly and dismantling service was handled entirely by the EXFAIR team, ensuring a smooth process before, during and after the event.

The result was an impressive in-house travel fair that took visitors on an inspiring journey through holiday destinations and turned the event into a truly unforgettable experience.
