EXFAIR staged the VIA Tage in-house exhibition 2023 for RHEAVENDORS SERVOMAT with partition walls, LED elements and complete event equipment. The project demonstrates EXFAIR's long-standing partnership with RHEAVENDORS for in-house exhibitions. EXFAIR managed planning, assembly and dismantling.

At the Rheavendors Servomat VIA Tage in-house exhibition 2023, EXFAIR delivered a fully integrated event concept directly on the client’s company premises in Beimerstetten.

The event space was structured into distinct themed zones using modular exhibition partition walls. Mobile counters, stylish furniture and a red carpet created a representative and professional atmosphere throughout.

A centrepiece was provided by a truss system with rigging, a large-format LED wall and a fully equipped stage with audio and lighting technology – the perfect setup for live product presentations, talks and demonstrations.

EXFAIR managed the complete project management, technical planning, assembly and dismantling and coordination of all trades. The result: a powerful in-house exhibition with a professional look and feel that showcased the RHEAVENDORS SERVOMAT brand to its best advantage.
