For the exclusive in-house exhibition VIA TAGE 2025 at RHEAVENDORS SERVOMAT, EXFAIR implemented a comprehensive event concept directly on site – on the client’s company premises.
The event area was structured using modular exhibition partition walls to create various themed zones. The concept was complemented by mobile counters, stylish furniture, a red carpet, and targeted ceiling hangings to ensure clear spatial orientation.
A strong visual highlight was created by two centrally positioned LED ceiling cubes. In combination with a professional truss system, rigging, and a large-format LED wall, they enabled an impressive brand presentation. A fully equipped stage with audio and lighting technology turned live presentations and talks into a memorable experience.
We managed the entire project – from technical planning and setup to dismantling and coordination of all trades.
The result: a professional and brand-focused in-house exhibition – efficiently realized by EXFAIR.
