At the Südwest Messe in Villingen-Schwenningen 2023 – the largest regional trade fair in the Black Forest-Baar district – EXFAIR realised a modern and welcoming stand for Stadtwerke Villingen-Schwenningen.

EXFAIR managed the complete project management and assembly and dismantling. The heart of the stand was a fabric-covered frame system enhanced by two large-format illuminated walls for maximum visibility. A functional reception counter and bistro table invited visitors to engage, while a fabric-covered column with integrated leaflet holder kept information organised and accessible.

A high-quality carpet floor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The result: a professional stand that combined information and dialogue – a strong regional brand presence for Stadtwerke VS at their home fair.
