Exhibition stand assembly and dismantling refers to the professional installation and removal of exhibition stands within the time windows specified by the trade fair organiser. At major events such as Messe Stuttgart or Messe Munich, build-up windows are often just 1–3 days — EXFAIR delivers even complex custom-built stands on time and without quality compromise, with expertise since 1987.
Our assembly team handles structural build, precise alignment and on-time completion — so your stand is properly presented when the fair opens. For complex custom stands, ceiling suspensions or technical installations, we coordinate all trades and liaise closely with the organiser.
Dismantling after the fair is equally efficient and material-friendly: all components are professionally removed, packed and prepared for transport or storage. EXFAIR is familiar with the procedures at the major trade fair venues in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Costs and lead time
For EXFAIR stands, assembly and dismantling are included in the stand price – system stand from €3,500, custom build from €15,000 net. As a standalone service, for example for an existing stand, we quote by installation hours, crew size, travel and accommodation; a 30 sqm system stand is in the low four-figure range. Logistics, empties storage and hall delivery are extra. Lead time: 4–6 weeks for crew planning; exhibitor and contractor passes, parking permits and delivery slots follow the organiser's deadlines.
