Costs and lead time
Storage is charged as a monthly flat rate by volume; for a 30 sqm system stand it is far cheaper than rebuilding graphics and walls for the next fair. Transport and hall delivery are quoted by distance and vehicle – from Villingen-Schwenningen it is about 110 km to Stuttgart, 130 km to Friedrichshafen, 300 km to Munich, 470 km to Düsseldorf and 620 km to Hanover. For EXFAIR stands, transport to the fair and back to storage is included in the stand price. Lead time for call-off from storage: 4 weeks, 6 weeks with customs clearance for Switzerland.
Who storage is right for
Anyone exhibiting more than once a year: the stored stand is inspected, repaired and fitted with new graphics before each fair – from the second deployment this is the biggest cost lever in stand construction.
